Great Family Getaway

We loved our stay at Ponderosa Pines! It was the perfect amount of space for all of us (10 of us)! Everything was a short drive away and the trail behind the neighborhood was an added bonus! We’ll definitely stay again.

The house had everything we needed. Had constant communication to answer questions if needed. Probably the best rental property I’ve stayed at for a great price.

Great property, roomy, good location

We came for Thanksgiving with our two adult children and their spouses and one infant. Property is a little under-equipped kitchen wise for a lot of holiday cooking (could use some more measuring cups) but overall great.

The Best Girls Trip Spot!

We do an annual girls trip and this year we wanted to party it up in Bend. This location was perfect for all 10 of us, and was 10-15 minutes away from any place we wanted to go to! Plenty of space, and the perfect bedroom set up.

Nice trip!

Great home loved how cozy it was! Great stay! However, garbage outside was not picked up and can was over half full when we got where. Grass in front of home is about 10 inches talll really needs mowed! Off putting when we drove up but otherwise wonderful home!!!

Thankgiving '22

We had a good one week stay at this home with family. It met all of our needs well. I think this property had been in the rental pool for just a short time before our stay so maybe things we're still getting shaken out. Main issues were minor and could be easily corrected. As I recall: 1) lack of clear instructions on use of thermostat and 2) no instructions on when garbage containers needed to placed at curb.

Dished dirty and poor quality

House was nice, yet kitchen item not good. One pan had dried egg all around coated in it.All pans were very old. Guest shower had no soap in the dispenser. I have rented on VRBO before and did not realize there was another administrator owner, therefore price was twice what I expected.
