Why they chose this property
You can relax and enjoy the rural feeling and imagine what it must've been like 100 years ago. The acequia and beautiful cottonwoods are just 50 yards away to take you to walking and biking trails. We're close by in the event you may need anything.
What makes this property unique
This special, NM style old home is constructed in the early 1900's of terrones, which are mud bricks cut out of the silt from the river when it used to overflow, so it is quite solid and the walls are over a foot thick. The home has been modernized and has handcrafted, beautiful stained glass in the clerestories over the living room and one of the bedrooms. The patio has saltillo tile and table and chairs to enjoy your meals al fresco in our temperate NM climate.
