Because this specific property was remodeled to for short-term rentals, it has all the possible amenities you might think of and its location is great to move around Miami! The neighborhood is very safe and has lots of place to check around! The house is perfect for big groups and its not that easy to find another house like this one near the cool places in miami for this price!
