Why they chose this property
The Hamilton is a beautiful Art Deco building in the center of everything I love to do in San Francisco. You can easily walk to the theaters on Geary or Market Streets; Symphony Hall, Battle Opera House and the SF Jazz Center; Yerba Buena Center for the Arts and about a dozen different city parks, including my personal favorite, Huntington Park atop Nob Hill. Some of the city's best ethnic restaurants, especially Thai, Indian, and Korean, are steps from the building.
