This is the perfect location to explore Hanalei and Princeville beaches! The view is unmatched. The property had everything we needed. Would come back in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect home-base for our week in Kauai. Our family of 4 were very comfortable in this home and we enjoyed our stay very much. It’s well equipped, well located, and the management company was very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back!

We stayed here in early October, and the biggest issue for us was the heat. There is no A/C, and the home was 93 degrees inside when we arrived around 5 p.m. Even after opening all the windows, it took until around 11 p.m. to midnight for the downstairs temperature to drop to about 80 degrees, which made it pretty difficult to get comfortable and sleep. The fans in the bedrooms definitely helped.Opening the windows is really the only way to cool the home down in the evening, but that does come at the expense of some privacy.One other minor frustration was that the checkout instructions ask guests to wash the towels before leaving, which is reasonable, but no laundry detergent was provided. For the price of the stay, it would have been nice to have detergent available.To be fair, the property itself is nice and in a good location, with an easy walk to Hideaways Beach. We enjoyed the area. Just be aware before booking that there is no A/C, and the home can get extremely warm during the day and remain that way until the heat gradually dissipates later at night.

Great view

Nice furnishings, beautiful view, 2 lanais…thank you for a nice stay. Please make master ceiling fan a little quieter. Relaxing place and nice neighborhood!

Breathtaking views!

The house was for the most part very nice and the view from the back deck is spectacular. Although disclosed in the listing that there is no AC, it did get fairly warm during the day. Travelers should note that the house does not come stocked with basic condiments. Everything otherwise was great: the location, decor, and beds especially were very comfortable. We did thoroughly enjoy our stay!

We had a wonderful stay here in Princeville. There were a few bumps at the start of our trip, but the host was very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of, which we really appreciated.The views from the lanai are absolutely breathtaking, you could sit out there all day. The main bedroom was very comfortable, and the house was stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which made beach days so easy. The location is excellent, walkable to the new 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and perfect for watching incredible sunsets across the street at Hideaways Beach.There is no AC, but with the many fans provided, it wasn’t an issue at all for us.Overall, a beautiful home in a fantastic location. We’re grateful for the host’s care and attentiveness.

Nice location in Princeville

This is a good location in a nice, quiet area. The kitchen has everything we needed. We really wish the property had air conditioning although that was disclosed in the description. It did get hot upstairs. Thank goodness for the portable fans in the bedrooms. We had an issue with the downstairs bedroom TV but the property management team tried to troubleshoot fixing it with us (to no avail). They worked to make that right with us in the end.
