We chose this unit based on proximity to Minglewood Hall. We knew it would be within walking distance and no kidding it was just around the corner. Nice, quiet tree lined neighborhood. Unit was nice size and clean, my only negative was not enough pillows on the bed. We will keep you in mind next time going to a show @ Minglewood for sure!

Ok, but won’t stay here again.

I’ve stayed in Mid-town and downtown VRBO properties many times and loved every experience beginning to end. This property had some updates—marble countertops and a nice TV. But the bathtub was exposed, baseboards, molding, doors, and windows were in need of refurbishment. Worst of all the linens were either the owners’ own castoffs or from a thrift store. I messaged the owner a few days ahead of our trip to ask about check-in. I was informed I was scheduled to receive it at 4pm on check-in day. Odd since I have always gotten the info at least a few hours prior to check-in. Also, I’ve never had to ask about it. Owners have always communicated with me first. We arrived a minute or two after check-in time and had no entry time. I waited another couple of minutes. Then reached. Owner said she would check with whomever was supposed to send us the information. Another 5 minutes later with no more communication from the owner, we received the electronic key. Disappointing all around.
