The VRBO was very clean and updated. The host was great at communicating and very prompt at responding when I had questions. It would be difficult to sleep seven adults with current beds. Plan to drive everywhere. It is not within reasonable walking distance to downtown Indianapolis. By car, downtown Indianapolis is easily around 5-10 minutes.

Overall, the property was very clean. There were issues with the check-in and check-out information being outdated, and communication throughout the stay was spotty due to the front door lock not working properly, even after letting the host know that it was an issue. There was also a bad smell/mustiness in the home that was almost unbearable without opening windows and using fans. The host said it may have to do with sewer work, but there was no evidence of that in the neighborhood and no foul odors outside the home. Of note, trains run all night and are quite loud, which may disrupt sleep if you are not used to an urban or louder environment. On the plus side, it was close to the university and resources like restaurants and entertainment.

Great price, GREAT location... Quiet but close to everything downtown -- walkable on a beautiful Riverwalk to sporting events, parks and Downton.Perfectly clean and comfortable, great communication works definitely stay again
