This duplex was renovated in 2019. Includes fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. The historical charm of house with its 11' high ceilings, laminate and hardwood flooring, old mantels, and crown moldings are evident throughout. Separate modern central air-conditioning and heating units are dedicated to each floor.
Uptown/Carrollton is a laid-back residential area known for its oak trees and landmark restaurants like the late-night Camellia Grill and the iconic Jacque-Imo’s, serving Creole cuisine. Venerable live music venues include the Maple Leaf Bar, for brass bands, bayou tunes and dancing.
