Private garden apartment in historic Uptown house. Please note, this apartment is on the ground level of the property.

Large bedroom, large bathroom with custom shower, and large open living, dining, and kitchen area. All brand new, stainless appliances. Double sleeper sofa. Walk three doors down to St. Charles to catch the streetcar down to the French Quarter, take a walk or jog on the Mississippi River Trail or to Audubon Park, walk three blocks to endless shopping and eating on Maple St (and venture just a few blocks farther to even more options on Oak St). Minutes from Tulane and Loyola Universities. And after a long, hot day exploring NOLA, enjoy a refreshing dip in our heated pool!

We live upstairs and are generally around and will be as available as our guests would like. We love to eat at local restaurants, listen to music, etc. and love to share what we love about our city with visitors. We have a book of restaurants and a list of things to do in New Orleans in the apartment.

A week in the Riverbend

Thank you for a great stay! We used to live just 2 blocks away and we greatly enjoyed being back in our old stomping grounds. Just steps away from family and friends for us! The pool was an amazing time as well and it wasn’t even summer yet! Thanks again!

This apartment was the perfect size and in the perfect location for us! It’s close to wonderful restaurants, the trolley line and Audubon park which has a great golf course, walking/biking trails and the zoo. A great stay!

Very elegant historical area and many restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable and quiet location tp spend a weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you require for cooking and the bed was very comfortable.

Thanksgiving in New Orleans

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time here during Thanksgiving week. The walkability is great! We had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal and the outdoor lighting, pool and bamboo grove was such a lovely space to spend some downtime when not exploring.

This was our 1st trip to New Orleans in over 30 years that either myself or my husband didn’t have to work. The location is amazing. Hosts were very welcoming & helpful. Apartment was just as pictured. Very clean. Would book again.

Convenient and comfortable stay

We were very pleased with the convenient location to many great restaurants and the trolley. We were also very happy with the unit as it was very comfortable and clean inside and outside! Our host was very welcoming and accessible. We would definitely recommend this 1 bedroom apartment to anyone!

Quite and peaceful little place.

It is a great little place to stay at. It is close enough to go pretty much anywhere you want and the rail cars are a great way to get around if you don't feel like driving. There is alot to do close by or if you feel like staying in very comfy place. The pool because of the time of year was not clean nor heated but that wasn't a deal breaker. We will definitely come back here for our future trips.

Great Stay at the Riverbend Oasis

We had a sweet time staying here for jazz fest. The outside pool space is very relaxing and an oasis after a hot day at the festival. The streetcar is right there and you can walk to Camellia Grill. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Sascha and his wife were very accommodating and welcoming.
