Cleanliness, close proximity to where we needed to go. Available parking was important too, which we had access to, without having to find a spot street side. The condo was very comfortable and as an added touch, we had a Christmas tree in the living room, as we were there during the holidays!

Blanca was full of compassion

I am so grateful for this host. She was compassionate, I booked because I have an 80 year old looking for a walk in shower. It had two steps we struggled with in the front but the place was clean and had great attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for my mom and was the perfect height. Parking was a bit challenging but reasonable for someone that can walk at a normal pace. Would stay here again for sure.

The property looks as described in pictures. It has been renovated recently and is decorated in a modern way. It has everything needed for a few days stay - a nice, functional kitchen, a good, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, a big TV with many channels, even a washer and dryer. It's rather dark inside, as the windows are close to other buildings. The building itself is not very well maintained. As a suggestion, I wished the owner would prioritize more the functionality of the place over the design by, for example, having a nighstand with a nighstand lamp next to the bed, rather than the Wi-Fi router, which has many flickering lights. Or having real soap in the soap dispenser rather than those decorative cupcake soaps in the bathroom, or drapes that can properly block the view etc.
