This was a dream booking. Annie the owner was SO responsive and helpful. The house was perfect, and just as presented. The kitchen was amazing, and better appointed than any other rental I've stayed in. We also loved the neighborhood. The rental was so conveniently located to attractions and freeways.

The pictures of the second room may need to be updated but the place was great! The one thing I did want to mention is that the house is on the intersection of a busy street. Loud cars and trucks woke up my kids throughout the night since we aren’t used to those noises but besides that, I’d say it was well worth it. The kitchen was lovely, as well as the outdoor space. The wifi was quite spotty but that’s just something that happens sometimes!

The space was very open and comfortable. The kitchen had ALL the necessary items to make a full home cooked meal. For being a pet friendly we LOVED the access to a back yard grass for our two small dogs. The door to the backyard is a little tricky but manageable. We didn’t find a poop scooper so used a garden tool and small planter with a bag to collect our poop. The host was very easy to contact when needed both prior and during our stay. She answered questions we had about the parking. Since the driveway is too short, it’s only street parking. There was only 1 day, during our 9 night stay, that we couldn’t park directly in front of the house but just around the corner instead. Being a corner house it wasn’t much of an inconvenience. It’s also worth noting that trash day is Tuesday morning. Since we arrived on a Monday, we were able to learn we could have our trash and the bin emptied before leaving the next week. It might have been a different story if our stay landed on different days. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. It was great being close to so many of the places we missed…even the dog park. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful property in pristine condition, and it was exactly as described and pictured. The host was an excellent communicator, and everything went smoothly with our stay from check-in to departure. We appreciated the nicely-stocked, clean home. It served our purposes very well, and we would happily stay at this location again!
