The house is located in the perfect location for any season. The 7 adults plus our Grand Doggy fit extremely comfortable for our stay. This house is amazing and comes with everything you need to have a great Family/Friend Vacation! The Stowell & Maino Families Highly Recommend this Vacation Property! Can’t wait to stay here in the summer months!
The house was beautiful and the pool open in October was an added bonus. The owner was very quick to answer my questions through out the who process! Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom! We would definitely stay here again!

The property is great and very centrally located. We had a family get together and each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Kitchen is well appointed and even though it was a bit chilly, we made use of the heated pool. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented Kevin’s property for my bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Every room had its own on-suite bathroom, which really made a difference having 10 women staying there. The house was very clean, and aesthetically, very well designed. It was just a short walk from the Princeton, Fred’s liquor store, Avalon Freeze, and several of Avalon’s best restaurants. Kevin was also extremely responsive and a great host. I am so glad we chose his house, and I will always remember our weekend there fondly!
Amazing home, feels like you are staying in a livable interior design magazine. The location was perfect, everything you could need is just around the corner. We even took advantage of the bay and did some fishing from the pier. Our kids enjoyed the bunks and late nights in the pool. Thank you for having, we are hopeful to return next year.
We had a lovely week in Avalon - the house was beautiful and well appointed- beds are very comfortable and every bedroom having its own beautiful bathroom. Short walk to shops and restaurants and a lovely pool to enjoy outback that was comfortably heated. The deck out front made for great alfresco dining and a wonderful place to watch the sunset. A wonderful time had by all! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
This house made for a beautiful wedding weekend stay for me and my bridesmaids! Plenty of space for 9 girls plus a few of their significant others. The space was beautiful and clean. The lighting in the living room area was perfect for some stunning pictures. Kevin was super easy to communicate with. Honestly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. 10/10 !!!
We had two families with kids under six come for a few nights over New Years Eve. The property is fantastic... Everything feels brand new, sleek, and modern. The kids were obsessed with their built in bunk bed room.We didn't get to take advantage of the summer amenities, but the pool area looked great and the huge front porch off the living room would be a wonderful place to hang in the summer. And the location is fantastic... Short walk to the heart of Avalon (literally 400 feet to the liquor store haha).Appreciate Kevin's responsiveness and would definitely return.
Well, the house was great but the pre check in and check in process and instructions were lacking for the price point. The owner, Kevin was very responsive, if a little late with some pertinent info and actions. We have used VRBO before and have never had to bring bedsheets and towels. Kevin did make us aware of this 3 hours prior to arrival via text through the app which we obviously did not get in time and should have been noted in prior texts! We had to scramble to solve the problem unnecessarily. He did offer to SPLIT the cost but there was no linen rental service that was open so we had to scramble. It’s logical that the bulk of the rentals are summer but that was unexpected.All the instructions were quite a bit lacking.For example, no turning up the water heater instructions, no instructions with the Nest thermostats which were not responsive at all after we figured them out. There was no iron provided which was quite necessary with wedding attire we were all wearing for the weekend. Kevin did purchase one for us that we did pick up. Some of the pots and pans in the kitchen were still dirty in spots. The QuickSet door lock took about was hard to operate and no instructions but we figured it out eventually. Basically it seemed like the house wasn’t checked at all prior to our arrival for comprehensive instructions and necessities. But we made it work and the weekend was great!
