The luxury home located on the west side of Avalon Avenue at 2402 Avalon Ave. Avalon, NJ in the highly sought after beach community of Avalon. Located just 1 block from 24th Street beach. All 5 bathrooms and kitchen remodeled for 2023! Tom Welsh built 6 bedroom, 5 full bath single family home offers great proximity to everything. Beach and boardwalk is one block away, family recreation just 3 blocks away. Center of town and shopping 3 blocks away! The first floor has a family room with a wet bar, laundry room, bedroom with a king bed suite. Another bedroom with 2 single beds and a 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of custom built- in bunk beds (queen sizes on bottom and twin sizes on top) The second floor has remodeled kitchen, dining room, living room, a bedroom with queen bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. The third floor has a tastefully decorated master suite with a king bed....6 bedrooms in all! Heated pool and jacuzzi (open mid April thru mid October) perfect after a day at the beach are well cared for with pool toys for your afternoon enjoyment. Sleeps 16. Custom bunk bed room with built in phone chargers that kids will love!❤️

The house is in a fabulous location to the beach and town. It’s well equipped to host large family dinners and entertain with lots of kitchen seating. We were there during Thanksgiving week and anticipated the hot tub to be accessible year round. Excellent amount of beds, wish there was an additional bathroom to accommodate the amount of people that can stay at the house.Overall a great place to stay. Excellent communication regarding stay and check in.

Fun in Avalon

We had a wonderful time this past week and especially enjoyed your pool and hot tub. The weather started out poorly but recovered by mid week but it didn’t prevent us having lots of fun. We hope to stay in your home next summer.

Great Beach House

Great beach house for a big family. Private and common space are plentiful. Well stocked and clean. Great location. Owner communicates well and made sure our stay was wonderful!

The house was just as the pictures portray it to be. It was very nice and is in a great location. The pool and hot tub were great as well. The host answered any questions we had right away.

Everything was great with this house Although pool and jacuzzi were open (rented early Oct) the water temp wasn't very warm House was clean and lots of bedrooms for us all. Great location. Owner very responsive to my various questions

Absolutely perfect!!!

My husband and I loved this house, and we certainly appreciated the luxury of being able to bring our dogs along with us! The house is stunningly, beautiful, and very close to the beach… Just one block away! We will definitely be asking to rent this house again in the future! Many thanks for a wonderful time!

Outstanding Home and Location

The house was beyond lovely with everything we needed. I would highly recommend. We knew ahead of time that we needed to bring sheets and towels which was a bit of a burden. Next time I think I would rent these. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Family Gathering

Siblings plus adult nieces and nephews! We loved the home and it was perfect for our family Christmas. The only thing was that on the drawings of the 6 bedroom description, it stated two rooms with two twin beds. It actually was one room with two twin beds and one room with a queen bed. It also looked like the custom bunk room was listed twice. We had plenty of room but it just changed how we did room assignments. Otherwise, stocked kitchen, he ordered plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for our stay. He was quick to respond and check in was very easy. Beautifully decorated and fantastic updated bathrooms. I would highly recommend!

Heads up

Appreciated the heads up, albeit the day before, to bring our own sheets and towels. Needed a heads up that there was no paper towels, no trash bags, and importantly no bath soap, shampoo or toilet paper in any bathroom. We had to go shopping on arrival and ended up being late to rehearsal dinner.

Lovely stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the beach.. We were a party of 5 friends returning to this house since our first stay here 2 years ago was so lovely. The house has a nice open kitchen/living/dining area on the main floor and that is where we spent most of our time. The owner was very responsive and when we discovered a couple of things that needed attention, he had a handyman over the next morning.

Great winter escape

This house was perfect for a winter getaway. Even with a blizzard during our stay, we loved the location and the house kept us plenty warm and comfortable. The kitchen was set up perfectly for family cooking and visiting.

Family and friends weekend

We were 2 families - 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The house was huge and easily accommodated our group. The main room was great for socializing. We stayed in and cooked 2 nights and had dinner around the large dining table. Other time was spent congregated around the large kitchen island. We even watched a movie together (with 5 teenagers - that might never happen again ;-). The weather wasn't great during our stay, but thankfully the spa / pool worked so well. We figured out how to properly operate the heat and jets (thanks to Kevin's texts and photos), and spent many hours in the heated pool. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Nice stay

Kevin's place was very clean and nice. He was very quick to answer questions also. The only downside of the stay was that there was no toilet paper/paper towel/dishwasher soap and stuff that we wouldn't normally pack for the trip. It would've been better if that was noted on the listing so we could've prepared.

Perfect Family Getaway

I would definitely recommend this house for large families looking to stay all together. We didn’t end up bringing our pets but being pet friendly is such a nice feature. The rooms were large enough for us to fit comfortably and have some kiddos running around (extra important because we stayed off season so it was too cold to spend much time outside). The location was amazing being just 1 block from the water. The house was reasonably clean and reasonably stocked with supplies. We did need to bring some dish soap, toilet paper, dish detergent and similar things. All the usual cooking supplies, utensils and dishes were available. Some of the furniture Is a little worn but nothing is in disrepair and it actually created areas that felt “safe” for kids. All in all it was perfect, thank you Kevin!
