Wonderful Time

Beautiful home that is very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very dog friendly. The owners were extremely helpful and communication was easy and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home on Longboat Key! Location was great, home had everything you need and more, loved being on the canal, pool was fantastic. Steve and Michele are wonderful hosts. Always available for any questions, provided clear instructions for our entire stay and just really nice people. Great location

We loved our stay at this home. We were there for a month, first two weeks just my husband and I. Kids, three adults in their twenty’s joined us for the remaining two weeks over Christmas. Location great for easy access to the beach, walking, grocery store and St Armands. The home accommodated all five of us easily. We kayaked and rented a fishing boat in the bay. Hosts were very responsive to all our questions and needs. Thank you Michele and Steve for a great time!

Excellent property. The best stocked home we have ever rented. Owner was very responsive to our questions and concerns which were minimal especially considering we were the initial renters. Location was great for beach access and also to grocery and restaurants. Beach equipment as nice as we have ever experienced. We will definitely rent again if available for our timing. Also very friendly neighborhood and met many of the neighbors. Pool area very useful especially due to installed mosquito mist system.

Serene Relaxing Retreat

A perfect getaway to enjoy a magnificent Florida vacation! The house was perfect for 6 adults . The pool area was private and peaceful to sit out and enjoy the Florida breeze and frolic in the pool with pool chairs and noodles! The Gulf beach access was literally 5 minutes away to enjoy a magnificent stroll along the beach or a swim in the Gulf! Minutes to shopping on St Armand’s Circle and many fabulous restaurants on Longboat Key! Another plus when you don’t want to cook or go out , DoorDash delivers from many of the wonderful restaurants in Sarasota! The hosts were fabulous and easily accessible if anything was needed. This home is beautiful, spacious and in a wonderful neighborhood and an outstanding vacation retreat!
