We understand your disappointment regarding the elevator being unavailable. Unfortunately, unexpected maintenance issues can arise, and while we offered the option to relocate to a comparable one-story home, we understand that wasn't your preferred choice. Regarding the humidity, Florida's climate can be especially humid at times, but we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention, and we'll continue to monitor the home's HVAC system to ensure it's operating as intended. Our pool heating fee and late checkout options are disclosed prior to booking, but we understand that every guest values amenities differently.
