This unit features a brand new modern kitchen with duel sinks, a 48 inch range, 2 indoor eating areas and 1 outdoor table. There is a fire table and a grill on the main deck overlooking beautiful views. All bedrooms are ensuite with beautiful tiled showers. It is located on the white sand beaches of Longboat Key with easy beach access. This home was designed for modern comforts. Guests will stay in new beds with fine linens and enjoy gorgeous views and deluxe accommodations. Tastefully decorated with luxury appointments, this house is sure to please. Located on the beautiful gulf coast of Longboat Key, the house is an oasis with a chef's kitchen, gorgeous finishes and easy beach living. Ask about flexibility in stay requirements. Arrangements can be made for private chef, cleaning and concierge services.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout is 10 AM * Lock the sliders (6 locks total) and front door. * Wash dishes and clean countertops * Place trash in garbage cans in garage, and place on the curb for pickup
Leave one key to the house and the garage door opener in the kitchen * Leave the 2nd key in the garage on the table and close garage door
* Turn off all lights and TVs and log out of accounts. * Return furniture, and beach equipment to original location. * Have a safe trip home!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood, and you are steps from one of the nicest beaches in the US with white sand, calm gulf to swim in and tennis, pickleball and golf minutes away!
Plus it is fun to walk to restaurants or go to Saint Armands Circle or drive up the key to Anna Maria.

What makes this property unique

The pool deck and spa are amazing and we even accept pets. You will have your own garage and feel like you are living in paradise!
