"The house has an open plan 1st-floor kitchen and Living Room, and 3 Bedrooms with 2 Full Bathrooms, The master suite on the 1st floor has a Queen Bed. On the second floor is a bedroom with a Queen Bed and another with two Full-size beds and an amazing Mickey theme bedroom. All bedrooms have Smart TVs for your convenience.

You will stay in a Renovated, clean home with high-speed Free wifi internet and Big Screen TVs. The entire house goes through professional cleaning after every guest, equipped with clean sheets and fresh towels.

Lucaya Resort is a Gated Community with free parking, close to everything in Orlando, and has a nice playground for the little ones, a lake, gym, coffee shop, a great pool with a gated entrance, and BBQ grills in the common area. It has easy access to the International Airport and a short drive to International Drive.

There are many good food options with Local Restaurants, like Chinese, Korean Italian, Golden Coral Wild Wings Outback Denny's, Olive Garden, and many others.

- The House is Self-Catering, and we only provide welcome amenities for your convenience and FIRST-DAY USE (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash bags); please stop by your favorite grocery store to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

- HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service. Before check-in, the unit will be cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. There are no extras available. We don't provide POOL/BEACH TOWELS or WASHCLOTHS. If you need them, please bring some for your use.

- To ensure your comfort, mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request. Priced at $150 per visit for up to 5-bedroom houses and $200 for 6-plus-bedroom houses, it includes making beds with clean linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming carpet, and cleaning the stovetop and countertops in the kitchen. All bath and face towels will be replaced with fresh ones, leaving you with a refreshed and clean living space.

- ONLINE PURCHASES: You may send packages to your home during your stay. Most resorts won't accept USPS and will return deliveries to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx usually work and will leave the packages on the front doors. In some resorts, they’ll deliver the packages to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. We are not responsible for issues with your online purchases.
