We enjoyed the property. The room was very nice. The staff were helpful and professional. The listed stated that there was a hot tun, which did not seem to be true, though we did enjoy the pool.

America Mart

2nd time staying here for a trade show. Very nice, safe, quiet environment. Close to Americas Mart and other large hotels with restaurants. Margaritaville is not my favorite restaurant

Market Stay

This property is always a joy to stay in. Service and staff are very professional and friendly. The room is immaculate. The only downside, is there is no full length mirrors in the room and there could be more lighting in the hallway where the closet is located. I stay here twice a year for a week and I would never stay anywhere else!

Always a please stay here. The one BIG complaint I have is there is not full length mirror in the Studio deluxe rooms.This is a big problem and not consistent with a high end, upscale hotel or condo. Otherwise, the service is great and the property is always immaculate.

Front desk personnel is hit or miss. If you get a good one, your stay will start off nicely. if not, well..... There is no room service daily. Only towel and amenities refresh. Check out was very simple.

We booked back in January for five days, four nights and did not receive notification until the week of Dragoncon that availability had changed, and was only booked for two of the four nights. Then, we had to wait to be notified about whether or not we got the remaining two nights on Friday, and ended up being told that we did not get the last two nights. Aside from that, the property was clean and had everything that was listed to be provided.
