BOOKING INCLUDES USE OF 23' LOWE PONTOON BOAT DURING STAY!

Enjoy a comfortable stay with all the amenities. Perfect for a romantic escape or entertaining friends and family. Full Kitchen, Salon area with Sofa and TV, Dining area, Kitchen Peninsula with Stools, 4 Queen size beds, 1.5 Baths. Comfortably accommodates 8 people.

Two Paddle Boards and an 18' Lily Pad will help make your time on the water even more fun! The full lounge and dinning area on the upper deck allows you to enjoy the scenery and beautiful sunsets. Short boat ride to the Silver Beach Marina Store or downtown CDA.

Houseboat is located on a boat access only private dock very close to Higgins Point Boat Launch.

If you get motion sickness, or have limited mobility this stay is not be for you.

Boat is stationary at dock. Chartered excursions are available upon request and availability. $95 / hr, 4 hr minimum.

Pre-Teen Birthday Celebration

Hosts were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. This is a one of a kind experience! Memories made. Wanted to do something unique for grandson’s 12th birthday. We love to boat. Lake CDA was beautiful. Kids enjoyed slide on boat, paddle board and lily pad. Tubing was great. TV and internet worked well. Loved Tony’s Italian Restaurant on the Lake. Short trip to Marina. 15-20 min to Walmart for supplies and great shopping at local malls. Private dock so we had this busy lake to ourselves.

Great 50th birthday!

What a great weekend, our family thoroughly enjoyed the boat and all it had to offer. Many little extras like platter for meat/cheese tray we made, games, NICE towels, fans in each room, extra cooler upstairs! All our friends said they would come back and would like to rent it again!

Incredible weekend getaway

Beautiful, well kept and tidy. Kitchen well stocked with all necessary for cooking. Beds very comfortable with great bedding. Fun and picturesque upper deck with gorgeous views and awesome fire pit. Awesome location within the marina. Will book again for another adventure!
