**Tidewater Beach Resort Unit 713 - This unit offers FREE Beach Service which includes 4 FREE beach chairs with umbrella March 1-October 20! **

This beautifully updated unit offers almost 1200 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the gulf, a large Smart TV and access to the unit's private balcony where you can enjoy the sunset. The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV and its own private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV and its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bunk room is perfect for traveling with children, includes a third full bathroom to be shared by guests using the pull-out sofa in the living room. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located less than 1 mile from Pier Park which boasts 124 shops, a variety of restaurants, The Grand IMAX movie theater, Dave & Buster's, The Skywheel, & a variety of other dining and entertainment options. Tidewater offers easy access to Highway 79, is less than 20 minutes from the airport, and is within walking distance to Winn Dixie, Dusty's Oyster Bar, Marco's Pizza, and Margaritaville. Perfect representation of Panama City Beach

Then property was exactly as advertised. Beach view condo and very spacious. Everything we needed was provided and was within walking distance of everything we wanted. It was a pleasure staying at their home.

Best decor and style I have seen since I discovered Tidewater! Renovation and upgrades are fantastic along with the TV, especially on rain/fog filled days when stuck inside. Pools & hot tubs were not crowded during this time and you can never beat the view of the sunset from the balcony! Loved this unit and can't wait to come back!

Awesome view

This was a very nice condo, with an amazing view! We loved being walking distance to the pier and pier park. The only complaint we really have is the wait for elevators and how crowded the beach is in that area. We were there during a busy time, so this is not at all the owners fault. Courtney was an awesome host and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

This unit had two bedrooms with a bunkhouse, ocean view, and three full bathrooms. It has been recently remodeled, and was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked. Our stay was for 26 days and came with free activities to do every day. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay on the beach. Walking distance to the grocery and pier park.

We loved being in a lower level, the elevator wait wasn’t too bad and we could take the stairs if needed . Loved having a beachchair included with our rental. You need to be down there in line by 8am if you want a front row, and have to go down daily. . The Keurig in our room didn’t work but there was a regular coffee pot, small inconvenience. The only complaint I would say is that the Ayer in the primary shower doesn’t drain well and you’re always standing in water while trying to shower . Great location with easy walk to Pier Park. Overall, we had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to return to Tidewater.

Family Vacay

Overall, the unit was nice. No fault of the property owner, but the unit was not cleaned. I found a used contact on the kitchen counter, the floors were FILTHY. My children walked barefoot through the unit upon checkin and their feet were BLACK. I had to mop the floors the night we checked in. The elevator situation at Tidewater is a nightmare. Expect 30-45 minute wait for elevators. At one point, my husband CARRIED one of the buggy carts down 5 floors because the wait was ridiculous. There are good amenities and bonuses that came with the condo. Not sure if we will ever book at Tidewater again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 713 was AMAZING to say the very least. It was right off the elevators, super clean. The elevators were not good at all that would be one of my complaints. My only other complaint would be the security guard that is a woman who looks like a man should be fired. You come to a private place, our kids and SEVERAL others from about 1-5 in the afternoon threw the football. A woman was splashed and the security guard came out and demanded a child hand over their football or she was going to shut the whole pool and music down. Stating NO ONE owned the condos anyone was in (as if she knew). She was very RUDE AND STOLE A CHILDS BALL because it is private property and legally she cannot do that. She was a hot mess!!Other than that we had an amazing time at Tidewater, we will be back!!
