The house had plenty of room and worked well for our family. Being winter we did not have an opportunity to use the pool. A few basic supplies like laundry detergent, better shampoo and soap, and some basic pantry items would really be appreciated. Housekeeping seems to be minimal.

Beautiful Home within walking distance to Restaurants.

My family loved our stay in Kansas City in your home. The house was very clean and all four bedrooms were nicely decorated and the bed were super comfortable! I would recommend staying here for the convenient location and comfortable stay.

The house is wonderful! It's super cozy and inviting. We really enjoyed the conversation jar, and the kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and kitchenware.

Amazing stay and so cute!

Great stay at Lance’s place in KC! Safe location right by the med center and ample parking with a long driveway. Super cute decorations and so cheerful! Clean and spacious. Easy communication with him as well.

Great find in KC

This is an older house, but it's clean and well-maintained. It's spacious and comfortable. Great location--a quiet residential neighborhood but only minutes from multiple interesting restaurants and shops. (We tried two of the restaurant recommendations in the house rules book and were delighted by both.) I'd definitely stay here again.

Convenient

Older home just blocks from KU Med Center. Minutes from Westport and I-35 access. The four bedrooms had large comfortable beds. Host checked several times to make sure things were going well. Large back yard for pets. Would return on any future family trips to KC. (Minutes from original Joe's barbeque)

Poor Cleanliness

When arriving to the house, there were white stains on several bedding items in several different rooms. In one room, there was a sexual intercourse toy package left behind the night stand on the floor with a lighter. In one of the bathrooms the shower didn’t drain and during the shower, hair was coming up out of the drain. There were wet clothes left in the washer upon arrival and we put them in the dryer. The arrival instructions were great and the communication with the host was just fine.
