Sleeps 8 in a 1936 Brookside cottage: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a basement game room with foosball, gas fireplace, and a fenced backyard with patio and fire pit. Walk to Brookside's coffee shops, restaurants and Holmes Park. The Plaza is about 5 minutes away, with an easy boulevard drive to Arrowhead on game days. Professionally cleaned between every stay, with a stocked kitchen, coffee bar, fast Wi-Fi and free off-street parking.

Mod Cottage is a 1936 home on a tree-lined Brookside street, updated for modern stays while keeping its original character.

• Bedroom 1: king bed with extra seating (2nd floor), shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with Bedroom 3
• Bedroom 2: queen bed (2nd floor), with a full bath right next door

What makes this property unique

Mod Cottage is a historic gem. With original features still present from when it was built in 1936, it has a lot of vintage charm. As an enthusiast for antiques and history, there is a lot to appreciate about its interior. My next favorite thing is the backyard and garden. There are flowers, beautiful mature trees, and you can count on seeing bunnies, birds, and other friends playing in the yard while enjoying your morning coffee on the patio.
