Came to Long Island to visit family. Maria’s place was just what we needed. Perfect space for us. Had everything we needed. Love the location-close to a state park/lake with great walking/running trails. Very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Love Long Island in the summer!

Comfortable studio

Clean and comfortable studio. Private access from main house. I was traveling to the area for a lacrosse tournament with my son and the place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet, clean, and comfortable with plenty of street parking.

Basement in someone’s home

This is a studio basement apartment within a house. The listing does not make that clear. There is only one very small window that does not open and no egress window. It is not safe and is very claustrophobic. .
