We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. The garage does not have keypad access but once you have checked in you will have access to use the garage door clicker to park inside the 1 car garage.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms provide flexibility for families, friends, or multi-generational groups. On the main floor, two king bedrooms come dressed in plush linens and fitted with blackout curtains for restful nights, sharing a full bathroom with a tub-shower combo and complimentary toiletries. Downstairs, two kid-friendly rooms create a welcoming space with three twin beds - including a pull-out trundle - plus two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A second full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located nearby. Wide hallways make moving around easy, though guests should note that some lower-level ceilings are approximately six feet high.

Living and entertainment
This home offers two distinct living areas, each with a 55-inch smart TV for streaming movies or catching up on shows. Upstairs, the mid-century inspired lounge features a comfortable sectional and leather chairs that flow into a dining area for six. Downstairs, the retro game room invites guests to play Pac-Man, Connect4, or foosball, or simply unwind on the sectional or oversized bean chair. A selection of board games and high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) keep everyone connected and entertained, while a separate yoga room offers a quiet spot to stretch and recharge.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Excessively noisy parties will be shut down, expelled and threatened with civil prosecution.
