The beds were super comfortable, the condo was clean, the balcony was a perfect place to chill. The host responded with in a reasonable time frame, when responding to my questions. The chairs, umbrellas and sand toys were nice to have for our use. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was amazing. Beautiful beach front view. I would 10/10 recommend this condo! Having all that space with 3 kids was so peaceful! Having a kitchen on vacation also saved us a lot of $$ on meals. I would definately stay here again if we travel back to Myrtle Beach again

This Condo is right on the beach and the view from the 8th floor balcony was spectacular! Having a washer and dryer was very helpful and a working kitchen to cook in between our busy schedule. We had most everything we needed for our stay. Thanks.

The check in process could be easier and better instructions given before arriving. The apartment’s layout is nice but there were stains on the furniture that were unpleasant. The master bedroom’s bedding was visibly stained. I washed the towels and bedding before use. Should not have to do that on a vacation. With issues occurring on site, the host should have been more attentive and stayed in communication with me. I guess you get what you pay for. The overall pricing was low for the stay.

We then received a call from this guest right at check-in and personally walked through everything together over the phone, after which we resent the instructions as an added courtesy. Our instructions are detailed and comprehensive, and we've received consistent, glowing feedback from guests specifically about how smooth and easy the check-in process is. Our professional cleaning team inspects this unit thoroughly before every single arrival, and we personally review photos from each clean before every guest checks in. Nothing was flagged, and nothing was visible. We also never received any communication during your stay about stains, discomfort, or any onsite issues, which means we had no opportunity to help. Our door is always open and we respond quickly. We're sorry this stay didn't meet your expectations. The vast majority of our guests leave feeling well taken care of and come back to stay with us again, so we hope future guests will take our reviews as a whole into consideration.

Had amazing views of the water, sunrise and moonrise. Had a great view of fireworks off the pier. The balcony is on the perfect floor to be able to see your family on the beach/in the water but far enough up to not have all the noise.
