Why they chose this property

Our two story home is a modern interior building that was gut-renovated and redesigned in 2009. The home has a private garden just beyond the sunroom, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, 1 1/2 baths two bedrooms and a pull out couch for additional guests. The house is situated on the nicest block of Greenpoint, Brooklyn in a quiet pocket of Brooklyn just half a block from historic McGolrick Park and a 10 blocks to either the Graham stop on the L train line or the Nassau stop on the G train stop. (or 15 blocks from the Bedford Ave stop)
