Cute and homey 775 sqft house, located off of Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. Smart TVs in every room and a variety of games to enjoy, whether it be out on the patio with a fireplace or inside with your favorite show in the background. Portable AC provided during the summer. Half a block from Downtown Alamosa, restaurants, bank and bars.
Safeway, liquor store (Chief Liquor) and Walgreens is 0.5 miles away. Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls is a 32.6 miles from the property.

This worked well for our visit to Alamosa. It is just a few minutes from Adams State University and very convenient for being able to watch our son's practice and visit his apartment. It is also close to downtown. The home was comfortable and had all that was needed for cooking and grilling.

Great location! Easy access to everything we were doing!We stayed for a week, so did most of our meals at the house. The kitchen is fine but has limited supply of pots and pans. There is a bbq for grilling, but it was questionable for safe operation.Overall, we would recommend this house, and will look to book it again n the future.

Perfect Cottage

This cottage ended up being much nicer than we expected & was absolutely perfect for our 2 day stay in Alamosa. It was immaculately clean, a great size, & an easy walk to restaurants. We walked at night, & the neighborhood felt safe. Bed was super comfy & the living room furniture & kitchen looked nearly new. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Clean & Quant Casita in the Heart of Alamosa

This cozy little home was perfect for our family of four to stay 5 nights in Alamosa. Geraldine and hubby are hospitable and quick to respond to questions. I particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee. But most of all this property was immaculately clean! Hopefully, this property is available next time we're in Alamosa.

The Great Sand Dunes.

It was nice, clean and cozy very quiet. Check in was easy. The house had everything we needed for me and my family for are stay. Also it was located minutes from everything which made it convenient. I would recommend it to anyone. The kids enjoyed all the games!

Located on a corner lot in an alleyway next to downtown. The home is very quiet and peaceful with small patio with a fireplace. The Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls is about a 30 minute drive. Safeway and Chief Liquor is 0.3 miles from the property, restaurants are walkable.

Very peaceful and quiet. It may not look like much but it has a very homey feel.
