Our host was excellent and welcoming. Communication was excellent as well. The house was perfect for us and very clean. We so enjoyed star-gazing at night after a day at the Great Sand Dunes National Park. We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

This stay has all the amenities you could want! Full kitchen with a robust variety of pots, pans, trays, dishes, etc. Coffee pot, water kettle, coffee supplies available. Great laundry with detergent. Outlets where you need them. Good wi-fi. Super clean. You can see the pride the owner takes in their property.Communication with the owner was excellent.Nearby access to Great Sand Dunes and a reasonable drive to Alamosa if you need shopping or more dine-out options.

Very clean and comfortable place! Great location for some leave and quiet while also being close enough to enjoy the sights near by. The ghost was very helpful and on top of communication. We loved all the extras like the toys for the sand dunes, and hot springs. Very family friendly!

Easy to get to location, clearly labeled parking spots and entry process. It was great to get to do a load of laundry after hiking and playing at the Sand Dunes. Host was very easy to work with and quick to respond.

This location is great! It was the perfect spot for visiting the sand dunes and sand dunes recreation. We had 5 adults with us and there was just enough space. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed.

Beautiful Property & Great Location

This was our second time staying at this property and it was a great fit for our family. Plenty of sleeping space, climbing dome outside, a fun jetted tub the kids still talk about, and great proximity to the sand dunes & alligator farm. The home is clean, spacious, and has nice quality furnishings. The hosts are very friendly & accommodating.

Unique stay

We had a short stay to visit the Sand Dunes which are about 30 minutes from the home. The host was very helpful and the home was stocked with fun games and toys my kids enjoyed. Great view from the back porch and perfect place to view the night sky
