This was our first trip to IOP and it did not disappoint. This house was in a perfect location to the beach and activities. It sits between the two causeways making it easy to access Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. We loved the pool deck and pool - played many cornhole games there. The house was great for our adult group with 6 bedrooms with king beds and en-suite for each. The kitchen is a little dated and cramped but who wants to spend time in the kitchen :). Overall great house and will definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed the house and the location is fantastic. Everything was very clean. The only downsides were the hot tub not working and the water pressure was very poor. The property managers were very accommodating and friendly.

Perfect house for a girls trip. Also for couples since all beds are king size and each bedroom has its own bath. Great property with beautiful views of the ocean. It was rather windy but there is a dune that helps block the wind when your in the pool. It would highly recommend this property.
We had an amazing week at this property with our large family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and the ocean views and access to the beach were amazing. We are already looking to do this again next year. Check in and out was easy and communication was great the whole week too. Thanks for helping us make some amazing new memories with our family!!
Property was just plain amazing. Excellent location and the ocean/beach were just 30 feet from the back door. The large outside shower was great as was the bathroom on the pool level. Rent golf carts when you come, they are the best way to get around the IOP
The property was clean but worn. We had an awesome time and really enjoyed our stay. Close to all the activities on IOP. Ant issue around pool area but sprayed and used ant pods to reduce presence. Overall, a wonderful property and would recommend to anyone.
The refrigerator smelled atrocious upon arrival. Real estate company was good about trying to address it but we just put up with it. The property is much more dated than the pictures on VRBO represent.
Great home and great location. The house is perfectly situated with wonderful king bedrooms in each room and private baths for everyone. Pool and outside patio was just perfect with a 30 second walk to the best private beach! walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. Only thing we would suggest is the showers have very little water pressure and are never hot. The sinks are hot and tub but showers we only could get warm water and the water pressure made it hard with having many girls with long hair. Other than that, this is an incredible house to rent and has everything a family could enjoy! The management team is so responsive at all times.
Overall, I would give the house 4 out of 5 stars, mainly because of its size and great location. The house was very clean, but the listing photos show it in much better condition than it actually is.To be blunt, the house is quite worn and dated. The floors, kitchen cabinets and bathrooms all show a lot of wear. The kitchen table has almost no finish left and feels like a big piece of sticky, worn wood. Every sliding door was difficult to open. The master shower is large with great water pressure, but its condition was well below what I'm accustomed to in a rental at this level. We also had thousands of biting ants around the pool area. They disappeared completely one day, then returned by the thousands the next, with many ending up dead on the bottom of the pool. One other drawback is beach access. You have to climb up and down a narrow sand dune with very soft, VERY hot sand. It was especially difficult for my 84-year-old mother. Next time I'll definitely look for a house with stairs or easier beach access, as many nearby homes have.Overall, great size and location, but the house needs updating and maintenance to better match the listing photos.
