Located in the heart of Bellevue downtown yet private and cozy. Unit is located on the first floor. Every bedroom has ensuite bathroom entrance. Close to everything Bellevue has to offer: tech companies hub, restaurants, parks, and night life.

Kitchen Items: electric stovetop, oven, full-sized refregerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine + French press, toaster, airfryer, and a rice maker.

Access: Condo is equipped with a smart lock. New door code will be generated on the day of your arrival.

Relocating guests:

Please contact me if you need recommendations about good schools for kids public/private, need recommendation for real estate agent, or if you have any questions about the area.

Guest with kids:

I provide full size crib, linens, bed side rails, step stool, toys, high chair, dinner wear, etc for families with kids at no extra charge. Please contact me if you have special requests and I will do my best to accommodate them.

Wonderful 2 Bedroom Bondo blocks from downtown Bellevue. Great decor and furnishings. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and parks! Easy access to freeways. Looking forward to a return trip!

Great place and perfect location

Really enjoyed the unit. It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Very close to the Bellevue Square shopping area. Unit has a great layout with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was well supplied and Rita was an excellent host. We will definitely be back for our next Seattle trip!

Great location for all the DT Bellevue happenings

We were in town for a family wedding with multiple events in downtown Bellevue. This rental was perfect for me and 2 kids. The location, host communication, and cleanliness were all fantastic. It was great to have laundry and tubs in the bathrooms. There was plenty of spaceas well. What really stood out was how thoughtfully well-appointed this property was. There were carious pillow types, travel toiletries you might forget, kid cups/ dishes, and laundry/ disheasher soap for ease of use. I highly recommend this rental!!

Repeat visit!

After a great experience in one of Rita’s properties we decided to stay in another unit in the same complex. It was great. Rita creates a beautiful and inviting space and provides all kinds of amenities, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. She was very communicative with us during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We plan on trying a third unit of Rita’s in the same complex when we return in December. Thanks Rita!!!

One of the best rentals you will find.

This was a great rental and checked a lot of boxes for us. 1. Meticulously clean. 2. Great kitchen options- plenty of cookware, air fryer, rice cooker, waffle iron, you name it. Plenty of silverware and dishes etc. 3. The floorplan itself is great- spacious rooms and bathrooms. A lot of rentals are compromises where the house is clearly just stocked with Goodwill kitchenware and second hand pillow cases etc... this place felt like staying in the VRBO version of a really nice hotel.

Everything you need

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years and this condo has about everything you could need. It is conveniently located in Bellevue- walking distance to loads of restaurants and upscale shopping malls. Old Bellevue is nearby as well and we fell in love with Gilbert’s on Main and had brunch there twice. The condo has its own designated parking and is located in a lush complex that is relaxing in itself. Rita has thought about every detail to make your stay comfortable. I wish we had stayed here when our kids were younger because it is the perfect spot for a family with young children. Everything was spotless when we arrived and Rita communicated with all the details in advance as well as checked in by messaging us after we checked in to make sure all was ok. We will likely be coming back to the area frequently and this will be my first choice of where to stay.

This was our first time staying in Bellevue and this property has a great location! Also, it’s beautifully updated and very clean. Rita was easy to communicate with and addressed our needs. She even had a Christmas tree for our family to enjoy!

Lovely, quiet, clean

A really lovely, quiet and clean place right in the heart of the activity of Bellevue. Very enjoyable and very nice touches. Rita was a gracious host and was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.
