We purchased this property from a great family, who lovingly cared for it for many years. Their dedication shows in how beautifully maintained the unit is. We’re excited to create lasting memories here while continuing the tradition of sharing our home with guests. Myrtle Beach and its surrounding area hold a special place in our hearts, making this the perfect vacation retreat for us—and for you.
Why they chose this property
When searching for a vacation home, we toured many properties and neighborhoods before ultimately deciding that Ironwood at Barefoot was the place for us. Our children especially love the tennis courts, beach volleyball, and pool, while we were drawn to the unbeatable location, close to so many great amenities. The unit truly sold itself with its quality furnishings, tasteful décor, and immaculate condition. While we enjoy golf, our interests also include live theatre, dining, and, of course, relaxing at the beach—making this the perfect vacation home for our family.

We love the peaceful atmosphere—the gentle breezes on the patio, the soothing sound of the fountain, the activity of golfers passing by, and the overall comfort it brings.
