Dreamweaver - Eagles Nest, pet friendly, private with big views
Come and enjoy Dreamweaver, a beautiful new single-story home located at The Farms section of the prestigious gated community, The Lodges at Eagles Nest, within walking distance to the Sportsman Lodge & Grille and the Eagles Nest Winery . This home offers magical sunrise mountain views and custom finishes throughout, and is now pet-friendly!
The fully equipped kitchen provides cooking essentials and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher and double door fridge & freezer with ice maker, plus the eat-in dining area at the oversized island provides plenty of seating for your friends or family. Relax on the leather sofa and club chairs in the great room to watch your favorite show on the TV, play games and puzzles, or grab your favorite drink, a good book, and cozy up by the gas log fireplace.
The master bedroom offers a King suite and TV, and is located on the main floor off the living room. Its private bathroom has gorgeous double vanities in granite counters and an oversized tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the great room is a second King suite with private bath with double granite vanities & tiled shower, and the third bedroom is sure to be a hit with kids of all ages with its two sets of built-in bunk beds (one lower is a full to allow for more adult guests if needed). This room has a bath off the hall, with a tub/shower.
Outside, to enjoy those unencumbered sunrises or a calm evening watching the deer frolic by the creek that runs along the property, is a private, open-air deck with a large lounging area and custom fire table. You can even enjoy the beautiful mountain views with dinner, utilizing the large outdoor dining table and propane grill. On the grounds is a newly installed firepit!
