Very important to actively attend to open fire pit fires. Must extinguish open fires when unattended with 5-gallon water bucket next to outdoor fireplace.

What a beautiful place for vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to host family who flew in from different places. The bunk room and playroom were perfect for our grandchildren and their parents. Even though we went in October the kids went in the water. They had an absolute blast. We have very busy lives, but the peace of this place helped us all to relax and unwind. I haven’t seen my husband this relaxed in years. We saw an eagle stop on the dock, 3 deer up close and a raccoon walk in front of us as we ate breakfast. Sunsets were beautiful with a fire lakeside. When it rained, the house was so cozy, we just relaxed and read. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. We had our 3 month old to 83 years old. It was perfect for all. I highly recommend this wonderful home. The host was also great to deal with. I have only used VRBO one other time and wasn’t too sure of what I was doing. He was very gracious to me as I navigated this myself. (My husband usually plans all of our trips, but this was his 60th birthday so I did it all.)In a nutshell don’t hesitate to stay here.. it’s a wonderful memory maker.

This was our third summer here at this beautiful home. Very nice home with all the amenities you will need. Nice game room and gym in the basement. Has the most beautiful sunsets looking across the Lake. The property manager Jennifer always pleasant and helpful and checked on us during the week for any problems. Checkin was easy and efficient with Jennifer. Owner Eric also always available if problem arises and was most helpful during this stay. A nice home in a nice location, 10 minutes from Wolfeboro or Alton, and a good team of people to work with during your stay.

Wonderful vacation

Our family time at Amansaukee was fabulous. The beautiful house met all of our needs. There were many comfortable spaces for everyone to enjoy their time indoors and outdoors. It was perfect for a family of 10 to have a wonderful vacation.

Plenty of room and accessories. The outside view is gorgeous and creates a beautiful sunset. Our family was here in the winter so I can’t comment on summer. Fun time.

Wonderful trip!

Beautiful house, beautiful location, amazing views! The lake view was stunning and the house was spacious yet cozy. We had everything we needed! The adults loved the comfortable family room with a view and the kids loved exploring and playing in the game room and bunk room. Felt like a home away from home.

Family week at Lake Winni

We had a very relaxing stay. Kids loved the water front with paddle boarding and swimming but especially the fishing. They caught several large mouth bass which was excising for them. Boat house was great for getting on and off the water with our rental boat. Melvin Marina was great. We are looking forward to next year!

Great Family Vacation!

We spent a week at this beautiful property and had a wonderful time. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive when needed. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 10 adults and 6 children. We really enjoyed swimming, fishing, boating, and making use of the boathouse with a rental pontoon.Each day we shared big home-cooked meals and spent quality time together as a family, enjoying the various sitting areas, game room, and fire pit. We’ve rented several large homes throughout the Lake Winnipesaukee region, and this was truly one of my favorite family vacations yet.
