Great location right on the beach. Check in was simple with safe underground parking. The room was as described, very clean and well stocked with amenities. Host was very communicative and look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Daytona Beach.

Condo was really well stocked with supplies, from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. It was very clean and the beach access was easy. The beach itself was pure joy with it not being too crowded. The host was super easy to communicate with and we are already planning to stay here again!

Great stay for race weekend

Stayed here for a buisness/personal trip to Daytona raceway. The place was spot on clean and right on the beach. Plenty of room inside to not feel you needed leave and I will highly recommend staying here!!

This condo was large, bright & clean. One of the cleanest we have ever used. We are a family of 5 & had plenty of space. We arrived late at night, but checking in was easy & straightforward. No problems with parking in the garage. There were plenty of carts to take our luggage up. The condo location was very central to what we were interested in & easy to navigate around town. Had a great time at the pool and playing in the ocean, as the condo was directly on the beach. Communication with Lee, the owner, was fast and we got responses in a very timely manner. Checking out was just as easy. We booked it early in January on VRBO so we saved approximately 100 per night for our stay the first week of June. This is a fabulous place to stay!

Vacay 2025

It was a wonderful week! The condo was awesome only downside is the people parking on the beach right behind where you set up and your little kids having to walk with them driving and one of the elevators was broken the whole time it got fixed lasted half a day and broke again.

It's true that you can drive on the beach in Daytona. It's one of the few beaches that allow it in Florida because of the tight packed white sand and long history. The speed limit is 10 mph and there is one lane. I agree - you do have to be cautious around the vehicles driving. So glad the elevator is now fixed too!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

This is one of our favorite properties in Daytona Beach. As a Daytona Native born and raised, we try to visit once a year to enjoy the beach and some of the sights with my kids and husband. This unit was clean, comfortable and super welcoming in its decorations. We loved all the little details of artwork and decor that made the whole stay even more relaxing. Beautiful view from the balcony, I spent a lot of time sitting out there listening to the waves day and evening. The property is always clean, safe and orderly and the staff helpful and friendly here. We would definitely stay here again.

This place let me tell you!!! It's clean, very convenient, I have never left from vacation and missed the place I stayed at!!!! But I miss this condo!! Lee Carter was our host and he was amazing!!!! Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and easy access to everything we wanted to do. Only issue was the living room TV. We could not get it to work. Good communication with the host but they couldn’t help us to get it to work.
