Full use of all amenities at our sister property, the Tropical Manor, located across the street, including oceanfront heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, oceanfront barbecue area, shuffleboard, laundry area.

Great Fall and Winter Getaway Rates! Fall and Winter are wonderful times of the year to see Daytona Beach. We offer very affordable Monthly and Seasonal Rates for guests wishing to spend the month or an entire season with us. Make this your own Private Tropical Retreat with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a Romantic Getaway for 2! Or, bring your children or grandchildren with you for a Fun, Family Vacation.

Located across the street from the ocean on the west side of Atlantic Avenue. Street View. The ocean is NOT visible from these apartments.

Guests staying in these apartments need to walk or drive across Atlantic Avenue to reach our oceanfront pool and the beach.

The Base Rate for 2 guests (double occupancy) will display in our listing. There is an additional fee of $20 plus tax per night for each additional guest.

Pet Friendly – Well-behaved and groomed dogs welcome. Pet Fee of $20 plus tax per day per pet in addition to daily room rate (maximum of 2 pets). Please provide a description of your pet and its demeanor when inquiring for consideration. Permission for pets must be requested in advance of stay during the reservation process. Property owner reserves the right to selectively accept pets. Pets must not bark and disturb other guests or damage furnishings.

All the employees were friendly, maid service was on top of replacing towels and cleaning when needed. Pool area was wonderful, great spot and not too crowded. Only complaint I would have is the hot water only lasted one shower, had to take a couple cold showers when we all needed to get ready. Definitely would visit again if in Daytona!!!

LOVED IT!!

Booked it for my family and small dog. They were so accommodating and had a small grass area next to the property which made it perfect for the pup. The pool was great and the beach access was extremely easy. There are several places to eat within walking distance. It was a very comfortable stay and will definitely stay again

Surf camp

We go yearly to Ho Daddy O’s surf camp and rent a place every year. This was the best one yet. The location was perfectly located in the middle of everything. I highly recommend and will return here.

Clean and Great Location

Topic Manor was a nice place. It was clean, comfortable, and the location is great near the ocean, the Speedway, and various bars and restaurants. The only reasons I didn't give it a 5-star rating is that the shower pressure is a little weak, the street lights shine in through the windows (that have wooden blinds), and the noise from the road is a little loud. Otherwise, the check-in was efficient, and he employee was very nice. The information you are given at check-in is very helpful.

It was a great place to stay , parking 2 trucks with trailers was perfect The only bad thing was the place is close to the road and we didn’t get much sleep cause of all the bikes and noise

Clean, relaxing vacation away from the main bustle

Apartment was across the street from the Tropical Manor hotel which managed the property. Both hotel and apartment was beautifully painted and decorated in a similar fashion. Amenities like access to pool and beach were available at the hotel. Apartment was clean and well maintained with parking for 2 cars. Check in and check out was easy and staff was friendly! Will do again and maybe stay at Tropical Manor too!

Cozy Getaway

This place is uniquely and delightfully themed Florida. I was attracted to the reviews regarding how clean it was and this trip lived up to the expectation. We enjoyed the heated pool, but definitely forgot our beach/pool towels and the front desk only provides the bath towels. Aside from that, and maybe a hot tub needed, everything was adorable, comfortable, and clean.

Convenient location, easy beach access!

My family and I stayed here and enjoyed our vacation! Check in was easy, getting extra linens was a breeze! The only real issue was the noise from traffic at night. My 4 year old grandson was constantly being woken up due to all the cars going by right outside his window. Other than that it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed our time here!

Truck week

We came for truck week and if that is what you are going for this space is perfect. Right on the strip for all the action and convenient location for the event! If you want to rest and relax though I would recommend something further inland because the trucks are rather loud! But no complaints with the property or owner!

Lovely stay, very friendly staff

We enjoyed our stay here overall and particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to support us. The one issue we had with this place is the lack of reliable internet, which we needed to log in to work at times. However, the owner was very kind and assertive, and helped us set up a space with more reliable internet when we needed it. In the end, we had a lovely time and enjoyed being close to the beach and exploring the area. Thank you for our stay!
