Great stay

Good size and layout for our group of six (4 adults and two kids) although be aware that the upstairs bedroom is a loft w/no closed door. This was fine for us as we were all waking up and going to bed around the same time but might be hard for others. Nice to have three bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a brand new comfy couch. This is our second stay in this unit and we’d love to return next year.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Regency 721. The resort area was very peaceful and our condo was very clean and well-maintained. It came with a lot of kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and beach necessities. The rental property manager and owner were very responsive and communicative. My teenage sons loved the Poipu Beach Athletic Club too. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the morning to check out the turtles resting, watch dolphins and whales and then return to the beach in the afternoon to enjoy sun and best boogie boarding. The restaurants were also very close and we enjoyed Puka Dogs, Brennecke's Beach restaurant and Cabana Bar. I would recommend others rent this property and experience!

Great trip!!

I can not say enough about this house! The location is amazing! Short easy walk to Poipu Beach and the Little Fish Coffee house. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and small appliances. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee or supper. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The table was plenty big for us to gather around and play games. Vicki was great to communicate with. I would highly recommend this beautiful property!
