Don’t miss out on this Newly Renovated Bayside Rental!!!! Located just a few short steps to the sandy beaches and amazing sunsets of the Delaware Bay (2min Walk).

Relax with convenience! No driving or walking for blocks to the beach. Located at the quiet end of Cape May County means less crowds and more space to enjoy the sea and sand. Or, head to the neighborhood pool located just a few blocks away.

Cape May Ferry is right around the corner. Try out the 3 new restaurants and enjoy free concerts on Wed. night. If you feel like taking a day trip across the bay to Lewes there is shopping and Ocean City Maryland is only a short drive.

Enjoy a nice walk to Harpoons on the Bay either for lunch or to enjoy dinner with the sunset.

The home is accessible to all Cape May area attractions by car, bike, or on foot depending on where you want to go.
North Cape May fosters a family-oriented community that all can enjoy.

KITCHEN area offers brand new cabinets, quarts countertops with a newer Viking range, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, microwave, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, basic cooking items, grilling tools, blender, etc. Dining area has a table, four chairs and bench to accommodate 6 people as well as a smart TV.

Master BEDROOM has a king-sized bed with comforter and 42" flat-screen smart TV. Ample closet space with shelving and hangers. Plus a large dresser with many drawers. Encased pillows and several blankets are provided.

2 Bedroom offers 2 single beds with comforters/ Encased pillows. Large open closet with dresser to provide plenty of space for your comfort.

**Linens are NOT included. You will need sheets for 1 king-sized bed and 2 twin beds. You will also need your own towels.

2 Full bathrooms with shower combination. 1 has been completely renovated and the other has been updated for all to enjoy.

LIVING ROOM features 2 - sofas one with a queen-sized pull-out mattress, a 50" flat-screen TV, Comcast cable, Blueray/DVD player.

Linens are NOT included. You will need sheets for 1 king-sized bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen set for the pull out sofa. You will also need your own towels.

GRILLING -- Gas grill and outdoor tables with umbrellas are available for your use on
our large back deck.

Memorial Day Stay

Stayed for a long Memorial Day weekend and really enjoyed the property. Great location and owners were friendly and helpful. Interior was gorgeous and matched the pictures. Would certainly stay here again and recommend to anyone who loves Cape May but wants to have a quieter setting away from the crowds.

We stayed for a long holiday weekend! It was exactly as described. We had the best time. The house was beautiful and clean. So close to our favorite beach! We will definitely book this again!

Quiet time w/ our pups.

It’s rare to find a clean, comfy & quiet home that is wiling accommodate 2 dogs. We couldn’t be happier with the location. Short stroll to the beach. There is a supermarket within a 3 min drive. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep & serving. Kristin was a wonderful host and super easy to contact. We hope to return later this year.

Amazing Stay!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property. The house was perfect upon arrival and just as described. The location was perfect- quiet but friendly and an easy walk to the bay. Close drive to ocean beaches and Cape may. The owner was a total pleasure to work with- welcoming and responsive. The deck and yard are spacious and perfect for enjoying summer evenings. Highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay!

Beach Weekend Getaway

This house is a GEM! The location can't be beat - steps away from the bay & the Cape May Ferry. Home was super clean & updated. Enjoyed eating on the deck & showering in the outdoor shower! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well equipped & floorplan was spacious. Will definitely be back - for a longer stay hopefully!

One block from the beach

This was a nice clean house. It is situated on a quiet street with in walking distance of the bay side beach. The beach is clean and not crowded. Our host was very helpful with our check in and out. She also answered all the questions we had.

Pre Holiday Getaway

My son and new daughter in law joined me for a long weekend. The home is located in a great location close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and very comfortable. The owner was so easy to reach and answered questions quickly and offered helpful advice for activities in town. The beach was wonderful and the sunsets were gorgeous! Highly recommend this home and plan on returning!

Back to our Happy Place

Beautiful location with the perfect property. The property was spotless with everything available for a long weekend. A short walk to the bay and an easy drive to the bayside restaurants. The house is perfect for couples or a small family as it has 2 bedrooms and a great sitting room with a large tv with streaming capabilities, perfect for a bit of rainy weather. Hope to return in the spring.

A Great Way to Start the Summer!

We had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Lots of great kitchen counter space for cooking. A nice and quiet neighborhood and a block away from the bay. The property manger was accommodating and attentive to all our needs. Perfect for our family of four!

Everything was as described and in great condition. Owner answered promptly and was very helpful with any kind of inquiry. We were interested in the proximity to the ferry terminal for an event. Otherwise it is a more residential quiet area, but not far from Cape May itself. The beach is on the bay side, but was very nice, provided beautiful sunsets and we even spotted some dolphins.

Lovely experience.

We had the perfect extended weekend away. The house was perfect for our needs, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms,2 bedrooms, living room, washing machine &dryer and an outside deck. It was VERY clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. Kristen (owner) was extremely responsesive and gave great tips re: laces to eat, other tips. We had a lovely experience and would come back in a heart beat.

Nice place in Cape May, NJ

This was our first trip to Cape May so we were unfamiliar with the different areas. This rental is one block off of the beach with ocean “peeks” while on the front porch. The house was small but more than adequate for the three of us. Travel to the heart of Cape May was short (less than 15 minutes) and there is a great grocery store (Acme) along the way.

Relaxing family getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin's and would enthusiastically recommend her place. The home was comfortable, relaxing, and very clean. The bay/beach is just a short (~5 min) walk from the property and a short drive into downtown Cape May. We chose the bayside for the more gentle surf for our young children. The house was well appointed with kitchen supplies and has a nice porch and outside shower. Kristin had great communication and provided for an easy and detailed check in/check out. We would definitely come again!

A Great Place In A Great Location

Kristen could not have been a better host. Everything was ready for our arrival and she was always available for questions. Being equal distance from Cape May City and Wildwood gave us SO many options for eating and walking. We and our two pups loved cutting loose on the beach and we made good use of the beautiful kitchen. A Viking stove? Amazing! We’ll absolutely be back. THANK you for a great and relaxing vacation.

Kinda mess everywhere, the kitchen was nice the grill outside was no thanks the bedrooms were very hot and uncomfortable, and the shower had no place to place your soap shampoo, I've always thought that the owners should spend time in the guest house or guest bedrooms

Great host and cottage

The cottage was newly renovated and it showed. Inside was comfortable, inviting and the perfect size for a family of 3-6 people looking to get away for a few days. The home is located just a block from the Delaware Bay and 15 minutes from the ocean. Walking to the beach was easy and convenient. The host and owner, Kristin was fantastic. Whether it was softening our worries around the horseshoe crabs (we'd never seen them before!) or suggesting where we should go and at what times, she was always a text message away to help, encourage, explain as needed. When a table broke on the deck after a very windy day, she had it cleaned up within a couple of hours. I've already recommended Kristin's beach cottage to a neighbor who is thinking of taking a trip to Cape May!
