The Second-Floor incudes 2 additional bedrooms and a Full Bath with a shower/tub Combo. 1bedroom with a Queen bed, the second with 2 twin beds & 2 trundles.Outside you will find a large screened in porch with an entrance to the fenced in stone area for pet use. There is also a deck off the living room overlooking the large fenced in back yard with private inground pool with outdoor games for all to enjoy.If you are a family that loves to gather by the beach or pool, enjoys biking, restaurants and shopping, this is the HOME for you! Well behaved pets welcome for additional fee of $250 (25 lbs. or less & owner approved). Tenants must sign a pet policy addendum along with rental agreement.
