Welcome to our unique and romantic Tiny House retreat, nestled in beautiful Northwestern Vermont with private access to Lake Champlain. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this cozy hideaway offers all the comforts of home in a peaceful, scenic setting.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a countertop bar with stools for casual dining. The living room features a comfortable love seat (please note, it is not a sleeper sofa), a WiFi-enabled Smart TV, and heating/AC to keep you comfortable year-round.

The bedroom includes a full-sized bed, and the bathroom is complete with a full shower—making your stay as convenient as it is cozy.

Step outside to your private patio, where you'll find a gas grill, fire pit, and two Adirondack chairs—the perfect spot to relax, stargaze, or enjoy a sunset by the lake.

To add a little adventure to your stay, we provide water toys including kayaks, paddleboards, and a two-person pedal boat—all available for your use during your stay.

Amazing Tiny Home

This tiny home has everything you need. It is modern with lots of special touches to make you feel at home. The dock was a great place to watch a sunset over the lake. Close enough to town for anything you may need. Thank you Heather and Scott for a great tiny home experience!

We came up to Vermont to check in our daughter for college. Many of the area hotel rooms and other VRBO's were outrageously expensive. This humble little tiny house was in a normal price range even though it was 35 minutes away from Burlington. We didn't care. It was quiet, clean and exactly what we needed. Heather was a terrific host.

Although we love Vermont and its seasons, we summer in Vermont and winter in Florida. A perfect night would be sitting by a fire with a glass of wine.
