All dishes, utensils, pots, pans, sheets, some towels, pillows and blankets provided. Steep staircase with many steps to apartment.
Good size bedroom with closet and dresser. The kitchen is small with tiny range, sink, cabinets, two compact refrigerators and plenty of counter space.
The dinette is cozy for 2 -4 or can be used as a desk.
The living room is cozy with a TV, gas fireplace, recliner, and a huge bean bag “couch” that you can even sleep on comfortably or watchTV.
Best if you are under 6'2 because of the attic ceilings.
You have the entire one bedroom apartment to yourself. The entrance is private at the back of the house next to the parking area. The back door opens up directly to a staircase leading to the attic. Both attic apartments have their own keyless lock.

Jog or walk in Knoxville's beautiful historic district. Go watch a Volunteer football game at Neyland Stadium, visit UT Hospital, attend events at the Civic Coliseum, take the bus to Downtown Knoxville and Market Square to enjoy a wonderful and fun variety of restaurants, bars and boutiques. Walk a couple blocks to Nobel Kava and to Java Juice on North Broadway... great hang out places!
Save gas money by taking the bus and free trolleys! We are just a couple blocks from KAT bus stops which will take you downtown where there are four free trolleys.
The four trolley routes serve Downtown Knoxville and the UT area. Trolley maps are available at several locations throughout downtown, including Knoxville Station Transit Center.
Blue Line | Knoxville Station, The Civic Coliseum and waterfront pathway.
Green Line | The Old City and Gay Street
Orange Line | University of Tennessee and Downtown
Red Line | South Waterfront

We hope you have a wonderful time, but we ask that you respect the other guests inside this 100 year old house by being quiet.
Some guests are professionals needing to sleep or work at home. Please keep TVs, radios and voices, etc. at a level that cannot be heard by your neighbors.
Although 30 days is the minimum number of days you can book we give big enough discounts that you will still save money even if you don’t stay the full 30 days.
Once you have booked your stay I will contact you to tell you the keyless entry code.
Please wash all your dishes and put them away when you’re finished and wipe down all appliances. Keep the floors swept mopped and vacuumed. Please use your dumpster #3 outside and throw out all your trash.
Since this is a 30 day minimum rental you are responsible for washing your towels and sheets. Please follow washing instructions.
