We had a great stay. Lovely place and the hosts had a lot of nice touches. Our only issue were the barking dogs upstairs early in the morning.

Excellent experience. Great hosts and great amenities. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a few meals. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local touches like books, games and restaurant recommendations. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Close to UT, but GPS does take you through a sketch street to get there- just be mindful of that! I would definitely stay here again!

The location was just outside the walkable area of Knoxville, but our stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment was thoughtfully designed with beautiful design details and amenities. The shampoos and soaps were glorious and waters and treats on our arrival were a special treat. My daughter and I loved the location, privacy and super comfortable nature of this apartment. If my daughter chooses University of TN, we will definitely be back. Go Vols!

I would really like to give a bad review so I have this place all to myself when I get into Knoxville to visit my daughter again. However, it was too great. Incredibly clean, very spacious, and had everything you would need for a trip to the area. It was far enough from downtown where you didn't need to worry about traffic. It is a little far from the campus, but I actually preferred it. The owners went above and beyond to decorate and make this feel like a home.

Garrett and Jama were very responsive, even though I reached out with a question late upon arrival. Access was very easy and everything was super clean and welcoming inside. They even left us some treats, which was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. It was a perfect landing point for a parent and high school senior exploring Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. The only thing I would wish for would be a little more time to explore further and farther. Thanks you both for being such excellent hosts!
