Welcome to Shore Haven, a serene and updated 55+ coastal retreat just ½ mile from the Gulf and Sharky’s on the Pier, ideal for relaxed, extended stays on Venice Island.

Shore Haven is offered as a seasonal rental with a 3-month minimum stay during peak season and a 1-month minimum stay during the off-season, making it a perfect home base for snowbirds and longer coastal getaways.

This single-story 1,630 sq. ft. home features a bright, open layout with tile flooring throughout, plantation shutters, and soft coastal tones that create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The living area offers comfortable seating, a large smart TV with streaming services, and an easy flow into the kitchen and dining space. A dedicated Wi-Fi workspace and smart-home features like keyless entry, climate control, lighting, and in-ceiling sound add everyday convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, quality appliances, and seating for casual meals. A nearby laundry and pantry area with direct garage access keeps long-term living organized and simple.

Both bedrooms feature king beds and ensuite baths, offering comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes a walk-in shower with grab bars and generous closet space for longer stays.

Step outside to a private backyard patio surrounded by palms and greenery — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. Outdoor seating, a propane grill, bicycles, and beach chairs are provided to enjoy the island lifestyle.

This home is idyllic and our host was more gracious than we could have asked.The home is perfectly located near the beach and golf and has easy access to downtown area.The home is out of HGTV. It is immaculate and you couldn’t want for anything.
