The house was great- clean, well stocked and comfortable. But the backyard was really what made it a fun place to stay for our family. The kids loved being able to take the paddle boat out in the small lake any time they wanted. It was great to have plenty of shade to hang out in. Even just the view of the backyard from the kitchen and dining room elevated the experience If we are ever in the area again we'd stay here.

Very nice house with plenty of space for the family. Master bathroom is huge. Host was fantastic with communication. Little lake behind the house is great for a paddle boat ride. Huge TV in the living room with all the apps installed to link your streaming services to. Grocery stores and restaurants are everywhere and located very close to the property.

We loved the house. It's perfect for a family, our boys loved to pedal boat. And with my husband enjoyed having breakfast outside watching the ducks swimming in front of us. Tuan was responsive to all my questions. The house looks nicer than the pictures. Very fresh, clean, and very important: very comfortable beds. I will return!

Host was extremely responsive. Location is excellent, close to downtown Chandler and other areas of interest to our group. Getting in an out of the house was very easy. Only issue was that the heat on the first floor was not working--host explained that they had been waiting for more than two weeks for a part to the thermostat. Host had space heaters in the living area, but it was very cold in Chandler at night during the week of our stay and it was still chilly in the living area despite the space heaters. The bedrooms on the second floor were on a separate heater and comfortable.

The property was great for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable. The lake view and access were very peaceful. We enjoyed the peddle boat, community pool and hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were pleasant. Though we enjoyed only having one tv on the property, others may want to have more than one available. There is a limited number of bath towels available. We could have used more bath towels and some pool purposed towels as well. Overall a great place to stay and would consider staying here again.

I’m from Washington but we come to Chandler often to escape the long cold months in WA. I like sharing our lovely home to guests while we’re away so they get to enjoy with their friends and family. When choosing home, we like places that are family friendly and safe.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property particular because of its serene lakefront view and how safe it is for families. There are lots of parks nearby for our children, and plenty of entertainment and restaurants. We really enjoy the well-kept community pool/hot tube, basketball court and BBQ area. We utilize almost every single day.

What makes this property unique

There are not many lakefront properties available, especially in this desert landscape. We really enjoy waking up to a cup of coffee while looking out the window to this very calm lake. My family also like to paddle around the lake looking at turtles and just being on the lake,
