Beautiful Home!

The home was exactly as described! It was both beautiful and very clean! It had everything that we could need and was perfect for our family to stay while in town for our daughter’s soccer tournament.

Beautiful home

We have many years experience of renting in Florida and this home is one of the most comfortable, clean and well kept we have stayed in. The villa was in a quiet neighbourhood with peaceful views over the golf course. As important to us as the quality of the villa itself is the approachability/ responsiveness of the host and management company. Phil was a wonderful host and responded to queries and resolved a very minor issue immediately. I would have no hesitation in booking again and recommending to friends and family

We invite you to enjoy the greenery of the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, or the world-class ChampionsGate Golf Club nearby, designed by Greg Norman.

In this gorgeous newly renovated home, every detail is considered to create a welcoming ambiance and memorably stay.

This modern, stylish, 5-bedroom home features around 2,400 sq. ft. of living space over two floors and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. There are five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, several living areas, a dining nook, a private pool with a terrace, a games room (converted garage), laundry room, and much more.

What makes this property unique

Bedrooms:
The property offers 5 bedrooms.

Ground floor:
· 1 queen-size bedroom

Second floor:
· 1 king-size primary bedroom
· 1 queen-size bedroom
· 1 twin-double bunk bed room
· 1 bedroom with two twin-size beds

All bedrooms are tastefully decorated, outfitted with new furniture, comfortable mattresses and hotel-quality linens for your comfort. The home has AC and is equipped with several TVs.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 full bathrooms—one on the ground floor, one ensuite bathroom on the second floor, and one shared between three other bedrooms on the second floor.

All washrooms are elegant and beautifully designed with floor to ceiling marble and feature either a tub, walk in shower, or a combination of both.

Kitchen & dining area:
If you feel like cooking during your stay, our kitchen is wonderfully stocked
and has enough space for several people cooking at the same time. Our modern appliances are available for you to prepare hearty meals. Enjoy prepared meals at a large dining area inside or outdoors.

Living areas:
There are two primary living rooms in the house. Both living spaces have an inviting atmosphere, comfortable sitting, Smart TVs and feature plenty of space for you to kick back and relax.

Pool, terrace and other facilities:
This Villa offers plenty of relaxation areas indoors and outdoors. Spend your time swimming in the heated pool while admiring beautiful sunsets, unwind in the comfortable lounges overlooking green scenery, or enjoy a delicious dinner on the patio. This home also offers a game room (converted garage) with foosball and table tennis to keep your group entertained. Enjoy a wonderful time with your loved ones, unwind, recharge, and discover!

WiFi, AC/fans, towels, complimentary toiletries, and other amenities provided for our guests—including washing machine & dryer, and iron, which are great for short- and long-term stays.
