We are located in west Panama City, away from the hustle and bustle and carnival-type atmosphere. Thomas's Donut shop is nearby, which is reason enough to stay here. White sandy beaches and the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico surround this ultimate beachfront community. Panama City Beach offers an unlimited amount of activities for guests to enjoy. Pier Park has great shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. This property is a duplex with a shared backyard.

FamILY Time

This was a much needed moment with my siblings. We are all busy with jobs, children, and just life. This was the perfect get away. We enjoy sitting and hanging outside on the porch. It’s the perfect stay for a couple days or the weekend to reset.The communication with the property manager is excellent as well.

Perfect home away from home

I was extremely impressed with the thoughtful things here and there, like Olive oil, puzzles, first aid, ample dishes, etc. Adorable little home with a cozy nostalgic feel. The property manager, Beth, was super kind and helpful! I wish I'd known ahead of time that the laundry room is communal, but it proved not to be much of an issue. I was also disappointed to learn that the large backyard on the listing that I assumed would be shared, is only shared with certain rooms. While we did have yard space, it was minimal. Overall an amazing experience that our family thoroughly enjoyed!

Close to the beach! It is a duplex and you share the front and back porch areas, but it is better at the beach anyway!

Great Location

It’s not fancy but the location was on point. I walked to the beach everyday. Only complaint I had was WiFi was spotty. Clean and responsive management.

Had a great time.Kitchen had everything to cook meals in.The very short walk to the beach was nice.We werent in the cottage much but when we were we were very comfortable.Would definately stay there again.

Adorable and Pink!

We have always been attracted to housing in "Old Florida" vs the concrete modern condo's......and these cottages certainly answer to that. They are so close to the beach also, and I must mention dog friendly.

Perfect place for vacations

We loved the pink cottage! It’s squeaky clean. The place itself is cozy and has everything you need for a great vacation on the beach. The neighbor is really quiet which we appreciate . Is close enough to the pier and is walking distance to the beach and convenience store, which we loved. The cherry on the top was the pet friendly policy, my dog had a blast . Also, the host is amazing she solved every little question I had. For sure we will be back .

Perfect couples retreat

This beach cottage was the place for us to refresh. It is just a short walk from the beach and had many extras. Allowing our furbaby to vacation with us was very appreciated.

Perfect Beach Cottage

This was the cutest old Florida style beach cottage with everything you could need or want for a simple relaxing vacation! The extras such as a handwritten welcome note, a snack and drink basket and tiny toiletries made it even more personal. It was comfortable, super clean and literally steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Simple

The owner was easy to communicate with, a nice welcome note and snacks were left along with property manager’s number, bed was really comfy, ac worked well, there was a nice and very clean laundry facility in the back with soaps provided, walk to the beach was short, neighborhood was quiet residential and safe. Close to conveniences but that area has the least crowded beaches. Great simple place to stay for a beach getaway!

Convenient Cosy Gateway

Very nice and clean, very well managed. Ms. Beth is awesome 👏 Location is perfect, close enough to get into whatever you wish, and private enough to get away from all the hussle and bussle ❤️ A very short walk to the beach 🏝️. Also all the amenities of home. Our Clowey also loved the walks, fenced in yard🐶❤️. We will write this property down for the future, we will be back again 👍👍❤️❤️👏👏
