This spacious 5-room holiday home, built in 2023, offers 126 m² of living space and can accommodate 6 people (plus a toddler). It features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large south-facing terrace with a grill and lounge area, and two bathrooms.

Three bedrooms on the upper floor and an additional sleeping area in the attic ensure a restful night’s sleep. Underfloor heating and blackout curtains in the bedrooms offer added comfort.

Welcome to Grömitz, the particularly idyllic holiday destination on the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the fine sandy beach, the lively promenade with cafés and boutiques, as well as numerous recreational activities such as the Grömitzer Welle—a 400-meter-long pier featuring a diving gondola and water slide—or the climbing park at Lensterstrand.

ARRIVE AND FEEL AT HOME
This 5-bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 6 people (plus a toddler) in 126 m². On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept living area with a smart TV, a fully equipped open-concept kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a 20 m² south-facing terrace with a grill, an awning, and a lounge area with a parasol. A modern bathroom with natural light and a walk-in shower rounds out the ground floor. The utility room features a washer-dryer combo to keep your holiday wardrobe fresh at all times.

SLEEP WELL ON VACATION
Upstairs, you’ll find three cosy bedrooms (1 double bed: 2x 90x200 cm, 2 double beds: 2x 80x200 cm) and a second bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The attic offers an additional sleeping area (1 double bed: 2x 80x200 cm).

All bedrooms can be completely darkened so you can sleep in peacefully in the morning. And on cooler days, underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a cosy atmosphere.

ENJOY THE COMFORT
There’s ample parking space for two cars right in front of the house, and bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable wooden shed. A handcart is also available here for conveniently transporting your beach gear.

Highlight: From Easter through approximately the end of October (depending on the season and weather), an XXL beach chair for three people is available to you free of charge right on the Baltic Sea beach.

The “Heimathafen” holiday home is a smoke-free property, and out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
