Come stay in the nice, scenic part of town for Balloon Fiesta! Large heated pool and 8-person hot tub in private fenced-in back yard. Pet-friendly. Pool has diving board on deep end and is open year-round. Wonderful scenic foothills neighborhood, hiking/biking trails literally across the street. All 4 upstairs bedrooms open to connected balconies with fantastic views of city and mountains. Full size RV parking strip in side yard, ready for your rig! High-speed wifi, open floor plan, pool table, hot tub, comfy beds and large bathrooms. Great location - short drives to balloon fiesta park, downtown nightlife and Sandia Peak Tramway.
