Lavishly Remodeled House With Spectacular Views

Completely private and secluded, while providing easy access to all things New Mexico has to offer. We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay.

This luxury remodeled home still maintains it original adobe and outstanding city and mountain views. The grand entranceway presents a beautiful floor to ceiling water feature that was designed by Andrea Caraballo and commissioned by an award winning local artist. The upstairs living area has an open spacious floor plan allowing ample seating and entertainment options. The state of the art kitchen includes all new Viking, and Sub Zero appliances, quartz counter tops, touch-less facets, stainless steal deep sinks, three dishwashers, cooking and eating utensils, outlets with USB ports, and bar seating. The home includes 5 interior gas and kiva fireplaces and one exterior gas fireplace. Each bedroom has a private door to a patio with beautiful views and flat screen TVs. The main master suite has a built in coffee bar and mini fridge with a separate seating area including a kiva style fire place. Both master suites have a private on suite master bath and closet with the main master including a chromotherapy air jet tub and vanity. The second master bath is equipped with a chromotherapy steam shower with rainfall shower head. The large game room comes complete with beautiful barn door, seating areas, tournament style pool table, full bathroom, and plush Tempurpedic queen sized pull out couch. House also includes a wine bar with two wine/alcohol sub zero refrigerators making it great for large groups.

Perfect home for birthday celebration. Many hiking trails, close proximity to Tramway, easy access to nearby towns.Everything as described in listing plus much more, any kitchen appliance you could think of, abundance of paper, products and linens. This property was originally purchased because of the outstanding views and privacy that came along with the spacious acre. It has been passed down a generation and well loved by the family who still has ownership of this property.

What makes this property unique

This property was completely remodeled in 2013-1014. Everything was replaced including windows, doors, heating and cooling, electric, plumbing, flooring, fixtures, countertops, and all appliances. With this remodel the house has a modern southwestern style with grand entryway complete with floor to ceiling water feature commissioned from an award winning artist. Additionally this remodel opened up the space and allowed two extra bedrooms and one bath to be added into the previous spacious floor plan. The highest quality appliances and finishes were chosen for this house and no detail overlooked. This home comes complete with outdoor living and a built in Fire Master Grill, gas fireplace, and outdoor dinning table. The upstairs living area comes complete with a 70" TV and state of the art surround sound including exterior speakers in the outdoor living space. Large game room with beautiful barn style door includes two large flat screen TVs, seating area, a full bathroom, and luxurious Tempurpedic pull out queen sized mattress.
