Cindy was an amazing host! Before check in she left us some goodies for our arrival. The corn bread she made was delicious. The room was very cozy and clean! Nothing beats being able to look out at the water and just relax. Also it’s in very close proximity to Rocky Point Park and a very cute coffee shop. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

This was the perfect place for Labor Day weekend. Cindy was a fantastic host, provided so many great recommendations, and very responsive. She even had baked goodies that were waiting for us (and delicious). The hot tub was also perfect to relax in after sightseeing all day. HIGHLY recommend this spot!

Very cute and cozy rental in a very nice RI town. Beautiful sunsets off the deck every night! Great place to relax, read or just have a glass of wine and chat. Cindy, The host, is very nice, gave us lots of information about the area, and names of great restaurants! Sophia's was one. My husband is Italian and said the food was some of the best Italian food he has ever had. Will probably return in warmer weather!

Hi Teresa, So sorry you didn't realize there were stairs. The picture of the deck overlooking the bay does show the stairs or at least imply that they exist:)

We had a good stay. She had a cornbread and fruits for us when we checked in. After the stay, the host is charging us 100 for a registered service dog. After explaining to her that he was a service dog I thought we were OK. She never asked for paperwork acknowledgement which we had. And for inadvertently shutting off the hot tub. The temperature was still at 88ºF. Due to the 100 surcharge will not be returning.

My adult daughter and Istayed 3 nights to attend a bridal shower nearby. The single room located on the second story of the home is at the end of a dead end street in a shady and quiet area. The room is accessed by an outside stairway leading up to an uncovered deck through a sliding glass door into the room. There was no futon!! as advertised! but it did have the queen bed and we managed. The bathroom had a tub with shower. There was a small round table with two chairs for any eats and 2 other chairs. The room is really perfect for a single, a couple….or a Mom and adult daughter! There is also an excellent small, 5 or 6 tables, coffee shop nearby selling sandwiches and pastries! Perfect to bring back and enjoy on the deck or in the room. Napkins and some disposable utensils, paper plates in the room. The room could use a little TLC, here and there, but on the whole was fine for what we needed. I will be back!

I'm happy you enjoyed your stay. As I explained to you, I had a Full size blow up mattress with fresh linens in the closet in your room for your use. There are real dishes and utensils in the kitchen cart in the room. I try really hard to make the room perfect so I'm curious what you think the room needs, as far as TLC? The bathroom and shower are only 2 years old. The room and bathroom was freshly painted two years ago. There s a big screen TV and a mini fridge, microwave and toaster. When you arrived there was a freshly baked goodie as well as complimentary fruit and water in the fridge. I'm retired and take this rental very seriously and work really hard to make it perfect. I wish I could have earned a 5 star from you!

The room and bathroom were very clean. There was homemade cinnamon apple bread and fresh fruit in the room when we arrived. The deck was nice and you could see the water and marina. We used the hot tub a couple times and it felt great. We also talked to our host, Cindy, a few times, she was awesome and recommended a few different restaurants and markets. We were there for four nights and will probably be back!
