It was very beautiful well stocked, and the owner was very mindful and considerate as to what people needed to be well accommodated and comfortable. I like that.
It was truly a step back in time. The house was very quaint and relaxing. Had a wonderful time with my family, thanks to Andrew for being an excellent host. Planning on coming back another trip down home!
It was great for us since we were hardly there. We weren’t aware the beds would be so flimsy and put together with tow straps. The stairs inside were a little difficult to get up and down, a few people fell. All in all, it was clean, a lot of neat things decorated with all throughout the house, plenty of room for four couples, quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Pleasant stay.

The house was clean and so cozy. We loved the old timey feel to the house. We played the board games there and would recommend the house to anyone.
A very relaxing laid back atmosphere! We loved the whole property. The vintage touches to the house were fun. We enjoyed being so near the river and also liked seeing the occasional train go by. We had a nice evening spent around the fire pit after my son's Mizzou graduation. This was a great place for our family to celebrate our son's graduation.
We felt like we stepped back in time at Andrew’s house. We enjoyed walks around the tight-knit neighborhood, visited with locals, and watched a drone spray a small field of soybeans. The house was cozy, though we had tons of sleeping space and plenty of space for being apart. Andrew was a wonderful host and was very available. We wish we could have stayed longer!
Cozy, quiet, neighborhood next to the river. Property was a half hour away from Mizzou and near Warm Springs Ranch. Once off highway it was a pretty country drive to house. House is very nicely decorated with period pieces to make you feel like you stepped back in time. We all enjoyed the old country charm of this property. Very clean and linens and towels were nice. Definitely would stay here again.
Relaxing environment and atmosphere.
Great view of the Missouri River.
Trains were a bonus..
Loved the theme.
Maybe get a new coffee pot. Mr Coffee is super slow.
Thx.
The home was very well kept. The host put extra effort into making it nostalgic. Quaint neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the home was spacious. Very clean. Hot water.
We did bring our own water to drink because the water had a smell.
Walked down to the river in the morning which was very tranquil.
Train runs by the house very close.
Loved that the house was decorated with furniture and details appropriate to the age of the house! Especially loved the kitchen appliances!! It was a beautiful place and we enjoyed our stay here!
